I dedicate my life to helping others become the authors of their own story again. Not from a manual. From what I have lived.<\/p>

My path has been marked by profound challenges and deep transformations. Abuse, addiction, fear – and on the other side, rebirth. It is this journey that forged me and gave me a unique approach, rooted in the real: weaving together writing, introspection and concrete action.<\/p>

I put words to all of this in my autobiography, From Darkness to Light – because naming what you’ve experienced is already the first step toward liberation.<\/p>

Today, through my books, my individual sessions and my videos, I walk alongside those who seek to reclaim their existence – with clarity, authenticity and courage.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
